Employee of the month

Employee of the month -
Dane Cook is probably one of my favorites. I love his acting, his humor and his voice... Plus he's not that bad to look at!
it took me a while to watch this movie and I'm not really sure why.

This movie puts humor and love to the ultimate test as Zach played by cook, tries to win over super clubs newest employee Amy played by Jessica Simpson.

Its a battle for employee of the month as Zach tries to win over the heart of Amy as he pulls out all the stops to be employee of the month

I give this movie 5 stars!

Netflix Movie - Without a paddle nature's callin

This is the type of movie that is not quite a sequel to the first one. They change characters and the story line. Which is fine, because for this movie it works. This is a story of 2 old buddies who still keep in contact, but go their separate ways in life. Zach works in a nursing home and promises one last wish to a sweet old lady who doesn't have much time left... to find her missing grand daughter and bring her back to her. Zach of course asks his buddy Ben to come along, but when Ben looks at the picture of the missing girl he realizes it was his old elementary school crush. things go good and things go bad on their journey to find the girl. It's a funny comedy that also offers a bit of comedic action and love. This would be another really great date night movie!

I give this movie 4 out of 5 stars

Netflix Movie Review - Knight and Day

I am not crazy about either Tom Cruise or Cameron Diaz, my sister made me watch this movie. This is among one of the newer movies released onto netflix. Though I dont enjoy either of the main characters in other movies, they were the perfect combination for this movie. This is a particularily good date movie. Theres everything action and comedy in this movie for your boyfriend, and fun and romance in it for you. There were a lot of scenes in this movie where I had to ask myself "what is happening!" Because at some points it was so intense. June played by Diaz is intrigued by a new mystery man, played by cruise. they meet on a plan, by what she figures is an accident, only to learn later in the movie, it was no accident. It's hard to judge who is the good guys and who is the bad guys, in this action/romance/comedy.

I give this movie 4 out of 5 stars

Netflix Movie - elsewhere

Anna Kendrick from Twilight, and Paul Wesley, the hottie from the vampire diaries star and co-star in this movie of guts and glory. Its a story of two best friends, who would do anything for eachother. Sarah played by Kendrick learns that her best friend Jillian played by Tania Raymonde has gone missing, among other young women in her town. She must earn the trust of a friend who she can confide in to help her find her friend. This is another thriller movie that is comfortable to watch on your own. The story really keeps you guessing on her the kidnapper is until the end. What you don't realize until it's finished is the girls who are missing have been kidnapped by someone who was right under your nose the whole time.

I give this movie 4 stars out of 5

Netflix Movie - Asylum

I found this movie to be rather itneresting. It's a tory based on 6 college students who learn that their dorm room used to be an insane asylum that went horribly wrong in the 1930s. it's not long before they find that they are haunted by the crazy doctor that performed lobotomies on his patients, and they relive the horror that happened over 70 years ago. I found that this movie was pretty interesting, but at the same time it was a little hard to get into. It did cross my mind at the beginning that I should shut it off but I kept going until the end. It's one of those thriller movies, that if you have seen some before and you are into them, you can watch it alone, no cuddling necessary.

I give this movie 2 stars out of 5

Netflix Review TV - Weeds

This very quickly became my husbands and my favourite TV show. It covers nearly everything. It's funny, it has a lot of character, you easily fall inlove with the characters, and you get so into the story line that you feel as if you are part of the family. Its hard to control yourself around your friends because all you want to talk about is the show, and it almost feels as if youre in the show too. It was a fun relatable comedy about a widow who sells drugs to support her family. She tries to keep her business a secret until it becomes a lot bigger than she is. She faces a lot of life or death situations and you feel the extreme intensity, but theres always something in the middle of those situations that will make you laugh uncontrollably. Unfortunatly we watch the three seasons rather quickly, but it gets you so addicted that you cant stop watching, you just need to know what happens. The final episode of season the, the ending kind of made me upset, it was alittle confusing, but Im sure season 4 will wrap that up. Hurry up netflix.. I want more!!

I give this TV show 5 stars out of 5

Netflix Movie - Case 39

This is a good movie when your in for a small thriller. There are parts to this movie that will make your stomache jump, but the remander of the movie i rather calm. There is a strong story line, and it really keeps you wondering what is going to happen until the end. Renee Zellweger is a social worker in this movie, and she comes across a case of suspected child abuse with a 10-year old girl. She becomes close with this girl until she is 'harmlessly' manipulated by this young girl, to take her into her care. Before she knows it this girl is living in her home, and there is no way out, because she cant convince anyone that Lillith isnt a regular 10-year old girl.

If you are into thriller movies, this is a good movie for you, but if your not so into thriller movies, and you like action movies, this would also be a good's a nice tie breaker between thriller and action, because it keeps your brain working until the very end.

I give this movie 3  stars out of 5
